2025年10月1日（水）より、インフルエンザワクチンの接種を開始致します。
小学生以上の方を対象と致します。
助成対象者の方は、予診票を必ず持参してください。
予約制となっておりますので、接種希望者は電話もしくは受付窓口にて直接予約をお取りください（診療の合間で接種するので、お待たせしてしまう可能性がある為、時間には余裕をもってお越しください。）。
※小児の点鼻ワクチンは当院では取り扱いは有りません。
【料金】
小児助成（小学生以上）：１５００円
高齢者助成：２５００円
自費接種（助成のない全ての方）：２５００円

Our clinic will start influenza vaccination from Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
Eligible Patients
- Elementary school students and older
Please note that the pediatric nasal spray vaccine is not available at our clinic.
How to Receive the Vaccine
- By appointment only. Please make a reservation by phone or directly at the reception desk.
- Vaccinations will be given during consultation hours, so waiting time may occur. Please come with sufficient time to spare.
- Those eligible for subsidies must bring the official screening form.
Fees
- Children with subsidy (elementary school and above): ¥1,500
- Seniors with subsidy: ¥2,500
- Self-pay (all others not eligible for subsidy): ¥2,500
🩺 流感疫苗接种通知
本院将于 2025年10月1日（星期三）开始提供流感疫苗接种。
接种对象
- 小学及以上人群
请注意，本院不提供儿童鼻喷疫苗。
接种方式
- 需预约。 请通过电话或直接到前台预约。
- 接种将在门诊间隙进行，可能需要等候，请预留充足时间前来。
- 符合补助条件的患者须 携带预诊表。
收费标准
- 儿童补助（小学及以上）：1,500日元
- 老年人补助：2,500日元
- 自费接种（无补助者）：2,500日元
